Arushi has orchestrated and delivered impact in the advocacy, organisation and
service in the mental health landscape reinventing the wheel of access to
quality mental health care nationally and globally. Her activism & work has
touched over 17 million minds and lives.
With leading innovation and perseverance, her efforts to build an emotionally
healthier ecosystem has gained national and global appreciation.
In 2019, Arushi was appointed as a Director on the Board of the World
Federation for Mental Health and the Chairperson of it’s Youth Section. Making
her the youngest individual to have been elected as a board member in the
history of WFMH and making Trijog the first Indian organization to be on the
board of the World Federation for Mental Health (WFMH). The world federation
for mental health is the largest international body for mental health world-wide.
She strives with every step and deed to bring about a shift in language for the
larger good of society and help individuals maximize their true potential.
In 2020, the world’s largest mental health celebration on the World Mental
Health Day was led by Arushi as the Chairperson of the Youth Section on the
board and the 3 day global mental health fest had an outreach of 10million
