DMT & Expressive Arts Therapy can be defined as the psychotherapeutic use of multi-sensoric mediums such as rhythm, music, art, voice work, and movement to promote the emotional, cognitive, and physical integration of individuals.

The objective is to challenge stigma and encourage positive mental health in the organization and its workforce but also specifically to leadership level employees.

Learning Care Program

This program will cover a wide range of modules focused on enhancing the EQ and EI Of employees. Throughout the process assistance will be received on a variety of factors that will enable them to promote and develop a healthy mindset enabling a healthy work environment.

1 to 1 Leadership Coaching

One-on-one coaching is the process of assisting one improve their current skills or learn new skills required as they progress within their career. It revolves around sharing experiences and knowledge around specific areas.

Dance Movement Therapy & Expressive Arts Therapy

DMT & Expressive Arts Therapy can be defined as the psychotherapeutic use of multi-sensoric mediums such as rhythm, music, art, voicework and movement to promote the emotional, cognitive, and physical integration of individuals. The underlying principle is that the mind, body, and spirit are interconnected. We can work on the mind by healing the body. The movement is both an assessment tool and also the primary mode of intervention in the sessions. This session will help all participants to increase one's ability to perceptively tune in with their own selves as well as their team member's emotion.

1 to 1 Leadership Coaching

One-on-one coaching is the process of assisting one improve their current skills or learn new skills required as they progress within their career. It revolves around sharing experiences and knowledge around specific areas, showing how to best approach different situations, and laying out the steps that should be used when executing the task. Working through where one is now and where one would like to go, jointly defining goals to help close the gap, and helping incorporate the appropriate strategies are just a few of the things that will happen throughout sessions. The program can be tailored to any goal that the person or the organization decides to work on, such as empathy, leadership skills, boundary setting, conflict management, and so forth.
