Requirements
- Every Individual applying should have a minimum degree of an MA in psychology (Can be either clinical or counselling specialization).
- Individuals with an RCI degree will be preferred.
- Applicant should have a minimum experience of 2 years in practice.
Current Openings
Responsibilities:
1. Conducting online/offline counselling sessions for adult clients & Couples.
2. Developing an understanding of intellectual, psychological, emotional, social, behavioural concerns and personality issues.
3. Document client’s information including session notes, program notes, recommendations and treatment plans online.
4. Develop a treatment plan based on the client's interests, abilities and needs.
5. Conduct Psychological evaluation and assessment.
6. Analyse data such as interview notes, test results and reference manuals to identify symptoms and to diagnose client’s problem.
7. Evaluate the results of counselling methods to determine the reliability and validity of the treatment.
Ideal Candidate Will be:
1. Masters in Clinical / Counselling Psychology.
2. 7+ Years of experience working with psychotherapy patients.
3. Sound clinical understanding & experience.
4. Experience in CBT, REBT and other evidence-based models.
5. Interest in incorporating technology solutions into client care.
6. Good knowledge of clinical diagnosis.
7. Experience in mindfulness techniques.
8. Familiarity with technology solutions including video therapy, mobile apps, cloud-based apps (such as Google Drive)
9. Knowledge of techniques such as motivational interviewing, SMART goal setting, assessing client readiness to change.
10. Strong Communication Skills.
