Founded in 2015 as a high-school project by Arushi Sethi, Trijog was born from a powerful vision: to create a world where mental health support is not seen as a privilege, but as an essential part of everyday well-being.
Built on over 40 years of clinical expertise under the guidance of Senior Psychologist Anureet Sethi, Trijog combines evidence-based psychological practices with compassionate care. Today, Trijog operates across 28 Indian states, with physical centres in Powai, Bandra, and Prabhadevi, along with a strong digital presence serving key international markets including the UAE, USA, and UK.
With a dedicated team of 220+ mental health professionals, Trijog has partnered with 550+ corporations and government bodies & has touched over 30 million lives globally.
