Once a session is scheduled and paid for, the sessions are non-refundable. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that necessitate changes to scheduled appointments. In such cases, please contact us at least 6 hours in advance to reschedule your appointment
Refund policy we share with converted clients:
As per our policy mentioned in the disclaimer of the case history form, we do not offer refunds. However, you are welcome to reschedule the session at your convenience or carry forward the amount paid for a future session.
