Find a Therapist in Mumbai

Looking for a therapist in Mumbai you can actually talk to? Trijog has three centres in the city, in Powai, Bandra and Prabhadevi, and offers the same care online.

Since opening our first clinic in Powai in 2015, we have grown into a team of more than 220 mental health professionals. You do not need a diagnosis or a crisis to start. Most people begin with a sentence like “I have not felt like myself for a while.”

Trijog India's #1 Mental Health Company

The short answer

Trijog is a Mumbai mental health organisation founded in 2015, with therapy centres in Powai, Bandra and Prabhadevi and online sessions across India. Its psychologists and counsellors work with adults, couples, children and teenagers on anxiety, low mood, relationships, work stress, grief, trauma and more. Centres are open Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 10 PM. You can book online or call 1800 202 7180.

What a therapist in Mumbai can help with

City life puts its own weight on people: long commutes, small homes shared with family, demanding jobs and very little time alone. Therapy is a private hour to sort through what that weight is doing to you.

Our therapists work with a wide range of concerns. Some people come with one clear problem. Others come because several small things have piled up. Both are good reasons to start.

How to choose the right therapist

The relationship with your therapist matters as much as their method. Look for someone who is trained and registered, who explains their approach in plain words, and with whom you feel you can be honest.

At Trijog, a short first conversation helps us understand what you are dealing with and match you with a therapist whose experience fits. If the fit does not feel right after a session or two, you can ask to change. That is a normal part of finding the right person.

In person or online

You can meet your therapist face to face at one of our three Mumbai centres, or join online from home or office. Many people mix the two, meeting in person when they can and switching to online on busy weeks.

Online therapy suits people with long commutes, irregular shifts or young children at home. In-person sessions suit people who find it hard to get a private space at home.
