Online Therapy in India

You do not have to live in Mumbai to see a Trijog therapist. Since 2019 we have offered online counselling across India, and today we support people in all parts of the country.

Online sessions are with the same psychologists and counsellors who work at our centres, using the same approaches. All you need is a private space and a stable connection.

Trijog | Adult Counselling & Therapy

The short answer

Online therapy is talking therapy by video call with a qualified psychologist or counsellor. Research suggests it can work as well as in-person therapy for many common concerns such as anxiety and depression. Trijog has offered online counselling across India since 2019, with the same therapists who work at its Mumbai centres.

Who online therapy suits

Online therapy works well for most adult concerns, and for many teenagers. It is especially useful if you live far from a good therapist, travel for work, have young children at home, or simply find it easier to open up from a familiar place.

When in-person may be better

Some situations suit face-to-face sessions better: some child therapies, situations where you cannot get privacy at home, or times of high risk where closer support is needed. Your therapist will talk this through with you.
